OLIVE PRESS

After several years of running Agrodelpa S.L and given the progressive increase in the production of olives, it was decided to take a further step in controlling the quality of the end product. With this objective in mind, the San Andrés Olive Press was built in 1998, thus expanding the production chain.

This allowed it to ensure a different milling for each olive variety and the control of the entire process, from harvesting the olives from the trees to obtaining the oil, minimising the time taken for this process and taking care of all the conditions that affect it in order to obtain a product with the utmost quality.
